As far as corporations are concerned, the cost optimisation trend remained unchanged and this is how the pressure appeared, because everyone tried to negotiate and renegotiate their contracts.
We strove to continue offering the best services and to innovate. In 2010, text messages became a new booming channel in which we were able to integrate our service. We got ever more demands to customise communications, and this challenged us in the best possible way to bring new functionalities into our own application. At the same time, we started to automate all business processes, and one of the leading insurers decided to switch all regular post communications to emails sent by White Image.
We started preparing to break some of our own records and overcome new barriers. But more about that in our 2011 story.
